Responsibilities:

• Sale of agricultural machinery,
• Professional advice on the selection of machines,
• Providing high quality customer service,
• Independent expansion of the customer base,
• Building long-term relationships with new and regular customers,
• Monitoring sales among acquired customers,
• Implementation of sales goals and plans.

Requirements:

• Education min. medium,
• Very good knowledge of German or French in speaking and writing, knowledge of English is welcome,
• Knowledge of the construction and operating principles of agricultural machinery,
• Knowledge of the industry (or a great desire to learn and acquire knowledge),
• Experience in a similar position is welcome,
• Ability to act independently under certain principles and focus on achieving goals.

Workplace: Przerąb

Responsibilities:

• support and implementation of an ERP system
• production co-planning and entering production orders
• production continuity planning by monitoring the level of semi-finished / raw materials stocks
• planning and improving production processes
• cooperation with suppliers and subcontractors
• preparation of performance reports

Requirements:

• minimum secondary education
• independence, diligence and very good organization of work
• good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• knowledge of the programs: AUTOCAD, INVENTOR will be an advantage
• independence of action and focus on achieving goals,
• self-discipline
• welcome experience of working in a similar position
