TUBULAR ROLLER Ø 560 mm, Ø 600 mm

The roller is most universal in our offer. It performs best on the light and non-stony soils in the dry conditions. The roller guarantees the stable operation of the aggregate at the demanded and specified working depth. It leaves the soil loose creating the good conditions for sowing.

The weight of the tubular roller Ø 560 mm is included in the standard machine weight and has to be subtracted in case of adding the weight of another roller.

FLAT-BAR ROLLER Ø 500 mm

The roller design is similar to the design of the tubular roller and based on the laterally arranged sections of flat bars with the flat or notched edge. These relatively light and universal rollers are characterised by the good crushing and levelling coefficient of the top soil level.

To calculate the weight of the machine it is necessary to subtract the weight of the tubular roller, then add the weight of the roller above.

FLAT-BAR ROLLER (NOTCHED) Ø 500 mm

The roller design is similar to the design of the tubular roller and based on the laterally arranged sections of flat bars with the flat or notched edge. These relatively light and universal rollers are characterised by the good crushing and levelling coefficient of the top soil level.

FLEX ROLLER/ Ø 450 mm, Ø 550 mm

The roller composed of resilient rings made of hardened steel is dedicated to the cultivation of heavy soils. The roller strengthens the soil by strips, breaks the lumps forming the better conditions for soil soaking. The knife scrapers protecting the roller against the agglutination or clogging by the moist ground crush additionally the soil lumps penetrating the space between the rings. The smooth surface of the rings reduces the soil agglutination on the roller when working even on the moist and clay soils.

C-RING TANDEM ROLLER Ø 500 mm, Ø 600 mm

The roller composed of c-profiles. During the work the profiles are filled up with the soil which protects the rings affecting the extension of their service life. The rings do not interfere in the soil by a large surface. The main contact surface with the cultivated strip is the soil which seals the rings protecting the field against the formation of the surface compact layer. In the tandem version the rings gear and offer even better effect of crushing the shifted soil. The roller allows the optimum preparation of field for sowing; it works excellently also in the mulch cultivation technique.

V-RING ROLLER Ø500/Ø600

It is preferable to use the v-ring roller especially on the soils with the lumping tendency. PACKER ROLLER Ø 500 mm, Ø 600 mm

It is ideal roller for the wet and stony soils as well as for the soils where large amounts of agricultural crop residues prevail. The roller design ensures the uniform medium compaction of the upper soil layer over the entire width of the cultivated strip. The roller supported by a section of the scrapers that clean the tool from the moist soil can be successfully used also on the medium and heavy soils. The scrapers made of hardened steel which affects their long service lifetime while keeping the full working effectiveness. Every single scraper plate is adjusted on the stable holder which allows their long use. The frame on which the scrapers are fastened provides the opportunity to change an angle of their work. DISC ROLLER Ø 600 mm

The disc roller is made of closed, welded in pair steel plates with toothed working edges. Discs created in this way have a diameter of 600mm and are mounted on a common axis. The distance between discs is 6 cm. The width of the disk is 9 cm. To prevent the shaft from clogging between the discs, adjustable scrapers are mounted. The frame on which the scrapers are mounted gives the opportunity to change the angle of their work. Due to the high weight and narrow working edges of the discs, the shaft very well shreds the soil and re-compacts it to a great depth. This shaft very well cuts open bodies and crumbles clods, pushes stones into the soil. When cultivating stubble, crop residues are well mixed and driven into the soil. Thanks to the smooth surface, the shaft does not tend to stick.

WHEELS ROLLER

The wheels roller has a large diameter, which ensures low rolling resistance. Perfect for all types of soil, from light soil to heavy, damp and stony soil. Provides uniform kneading, which ensures good soil compaction, adequate heating and even growth.

RUBBER ROLLER Ø 500 mm

The roller is made of rubber rings with a diameter of 500mm. This roller can work both in the moist and dry soil conditions. It proves useful in preparing fields for mulch sowing. The properties of the rubber the rings are made of and the used roller scrapers eliminate unwanted roller clogging and due to the optimum diameter and relatively low rolling resistance no soil “pushing” effect occurs even at low working speeds. The specially profiled rings ensure effective soil recompacting by strips, and with the proper spacing of the rings the optimum conditions for cereal sowing are formed in the field because the sowing area is compacted by strips and the soil remains loosened between the strips (in the line on which the sowing coulters are conducted) where a large part of rainfall soaks into the ground.

CAMBRIDGE ROLLER Ø 460 mm

The shaft consists of two types of cast iron rings. They are smooth, flat rings and between them mounted cutting cleaning discs. The discs have a larger diameter than the rings, and their task, in addition to crushing, is to prevent the soil from flooding the soil. Shafts of this type are used in the preparation of the sowing substrate, after sowing and compaction of grassland at grass sowing.
